How to calculate Running Distance?
If you know the time you ran for and your average running speed, you can multiply the two numbers together to get your distance.
For example, if you ran for 30 minutes at a speed of 6 miles per hour, your distance would be:
Distance = 0.5 hours x 6 miles per hour = 3 miles
How to use this calculator?
- Enter your total running time in hh:mm:ss (e.g. 01:30:00 for 1,5 hours).
- Enter your average running speed (e.g. 6 mph).
- Check your distance, and optionally change its unit.
